Top Rope Promotions returns to New Bedford, Massachusetts, where it all started for TRP 31 years ago, for the Whaling City Festival at Buttonwood Park! The Whaling City Festival has been running for 42 years. TRP will present eight wrestling events in three days. As always, free admission to Buttonwood Park and the Whaling City Festival! The Festival runs July 13, July 14, and July 15!

Scheduled to appear at the Whaling City Festival: Heavyweight Champion Matt Taven, Interstate Champion "The Manliest Man" Biff Busick, Tag Team Champions The Whaling City Wrecking Crew (Nightmare Nick Steel & Vain), Guy Alexander, "The Ladies Man" Gregory Edwards, Vinny Marseglia, "Gorgeous" Gino Giovanni, The Heaters ("H20" Ryan Waters & Kevin Perry), Buck Nasty, 2012 Gold Rush Ladder Match winner "The Devil's Reject" Brandon Webb, Matt Magnum, Jason Blade, Heavenly Johnny Angel, Luscious Latasha & many many more!

Wrestling schedule: Friday 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: 12:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., and 5:30 p.m.

The Whaling City Festival has been running for 42 years. Over 150,000 people visit the festival every year. At the festival, you can shop over 200 flea market and craft vendors and eat at one of the 26 food vendors. Enjoy music and entertainment from local bands and local radio stations. The festival wouldn't be complete without taking a ride on one of many Mark Fanelli's Carnival rides.

From what the TRP facebook page says, Brandon Webb beat Biff Busick to win the Interstate title yesterday but Busick rebounded today and beat Matt Taven for the Heavyweight title.

2. "The Ladies Man" Gregory Edwards defeated the debuting Joe Couto.
3. Abel James & Tag Team Champions The Whaling City Wrecking Crew (Nightmare Nick Steel & Vain) defeated Matt Magnum & The Heaters (Kevin Perry & "H20" Ryan Waters) in a six-man tag team match.
4. "The Devil's Reject" Brandon Webb defeated "The Manliest Man" Biff Busick (with "The Ladies Man" Gregory Edwards) to win the Interstate Championship. Originally, Biff pinned Brandon, but Brandon cashed in his Gold Rush briefcase to get a championship opportunity. Brandon then shocked Biff with a rollup pinfall.

thanks for the results,we caught the last two shows on sunday. good to see Kevin Perry get a couple W's,Brutal Bob was in good form and i enjoyed Biff and Edwards together heeling it up. i was disappointed that Magnum wrestled Steel as i felt it was a waste in regards to Magnum showing his skills. it figures that i go to 2 out of 9 shows and one of them is the only appearance of big daddy Bravo. make him go away already.

had a good time this weekend though for something named the Wellington Festival there was a decidedly lacking amount of beef sold for consumption.the blooming onion seemed to be the big hit of the weekend. Dell's ran out of lemonade EARLY Sunday.
